Dedication

On Sunday, we dressed Sammy up and had her dedicated in church. She looked pretty big next to the 3 week old baby that was dedicated with her! Apparently, some parents are more on top of these things than myself. Oh well, God understands:).

Ah Vacation!

On Thursday, we loaded up the family and headed to Branson, MO. We skipped the usual Branson favorites (the flea markets and shows) for a little relaxation at the pool and beach. Andy continually informed us that "vacation is fun!" The highlights for him were sleeping on a pull out couch and putt putt golf. I suspect it will take more than that to get him excited about vacation with his parents 10 years from now!

Happy Birthday Sammy!

Sammy turned ONE today! The year has gone by so fast! Sammy spent this past month practicing her standing, climbing up the stairs and waving bye-bye. In the food department, she is doing better and better with table food (pizza was a big hit tonight). However, she continues to eat anything pureed from a jar, even broccoli. Even with all of that food, Sammy's still a tiny little thing - she is still comfortably wearing 9 month clothes. A few more cupcakes like in the video below ought to take care of that though!
