Summer Vacation

Once again, the Cooper family traveled south to Marco Island for our end of summer vacation.  Some of the highlights included:  a night at the Marriott in the "honeymoon suite", ice cream at the Chocolate Strawberry, early morning walk looking for sea shells, and celebrating my 40th birthday relaxing by the ocean with my 3 favorite people.  We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Summer visit to Lincoln

Last month, the kids went to Lincoln for a couple of days of spoiling from the grandparents.  We were fortunate that our visit overlapped with our cousin's Nebraska trip.  The kids love to see their cousins!  In their short time together, they worked in some lawn mower rides and s'mores with grandpa. It was great to spend some time together before they headed back to Arizona.

4th of July

We celebrated our 4th again this year at the annual neighborhood party with the usual parade, great food and games.  We ended the night at SMS where we could see fireworks from 3 different shows from the top of the stadium.

 

Kindergarten T-ball

This summer, Sammy played T-ball with her friends.  She had a great experience learning some skills for the great coaches at Nall Hills, hitting the ball and running the bases that honk when you step on them and digging in the dirt in the infield with her buddies!

Andy recently finished up another season on baseball.  This year the boys made a lot of progress and had a lot of fun.  They finished the season with only one loss!
