Marco Island 2013

Last week, we returned to Marco Island for another 8 days in paradise.  This trip, we stayed in a condo at the other end of the Tigertail Beach.  We had amazing balcony views, spectacular sunsets, epic sand castles, fun shelling expeditions and tons of fun swimming in the pool and ocean.  On our last day, we drove up to Sanibel Island and checked out the beach before heading to the airport.

Summer in Omaha

Over the 4th of July weekend, we made our annual (and maybe last) trip to Omaha.  As always, Grandma took us to the zoo.  The kids loved feeding the budgies, watching the sharks and riding the train.  We have some great memories with Grandma at the zoo!

Fourth of July

This year was the 30th Annual Colony West 4th of July party.  The kids participated again in the parade and game.  Sammy and I were the wheel barrow race champions!

World's of Fun

At the end of June, we spent the day at World's of Fun with friends.  Andy is finally tall enough to ride most of the rides; however, Planet Snoopy is still his favorite area of the park. 

Boys of Summer

Andy's baseball team wrapped up their season last week.  He improved on his hitting and fielding this season with some "deadly" plays on first base.  Most importantly, he had fun!
